Pali is a language practice app that helps intermediate learners practice conversation in Russian, Spanish, and Danish. It is operated as a personal project and can be contacted at [email protected].
When you log in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify your account.
We also store your practice conversations, vocabulary items, and grammar tips generated during your sessions. This data is used to provide the service and track your progress over time.
Your conversations are encrypted before being stored in our database. We use industry-standard Fernet symmetric encryption. Your data is hosted on Railway's infrastructure in secure data centres.

Google — used for authentication only. We do not share your data with Google beyond the login process.
Railway — used to host the application and database.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove all your data within 30 days.
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request a copy of your data in a portable format.
